This fifth wheel hitch offers innovative design, high quality, safe and easy operation. 2-way side to side pivoting tilt plate and front to rear pivoting cross member provides easy hook-up in most situations. It features pop out safety hook-up indicators with; red indicating the jaw is in open position while the green indicates jaw is in closed position. Visible indicators on 16K S verifies the king pin is engaged. Unlike some slide bar style hitches, the sides of the 16K S king pin throat are open and allow the king pin to swing without hitting the sides of the head allowing hitching and unhitching on uneven ground easier. Base rails (not included-31323) and hardware kit (not included-31563) are required to attach your hitch to your pickup frame.
